Publish URL for 3 environment

if am publishing the app in 3 different environment (Dev,QA and PROD) after creating 3 different CName will all the URL will work simultaneously or the latest publish URL will be working. please provide your input on this

If all deployments (Dev, QA, and PROD) have different URLs and they are all deployed, then they will all be live simultaneously. You should treat each environment as a separate deployment.

i have try with my app but its working with latest publish URL rest of the URL showing 400 bad request error.
